Alan is trustworthy and keeps to his words. When there was an issue, he calmly navigated the options. He was patient with my particularities and never rushed me on any decisions. I was able to text him freely when I had a question. He also offered suggestions as appropriate. The crew was friendly and worked diligently. He was present for all inspections and checked in as needed.Before the project wrapped up, he made sure everything was to my liking, including minor touch up requests.
